SHIPPING POLICY

All items are shipped from Riga, Latvia.

Processing time: 1–3 business days.

Shipping times: Europe (5–14 days), USA/Canada/Australia (2–3weeks).

To ensure the maximum safety of your handmade ceramics, orders exceeding 2 kg may be split into two or more separate packages. This prevents the items from pressing against each other and reduces the risk of breakage during transit.

Shipping Cost Refund

We strive for fair shipping prices. If the actual cost of shipping your order (including packaging) turns out to be lower than what you paid at checkout, I will automatically refund the difference to your original payment method once the order is shipped.

Customs and Taxes: Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. We are not responsible for delays due to customs.
