All my ceramics are made from high-quality stoneware clay or porcelain and finished with lead-free,food-safe glazes!
I recommend hand washing and not using them in the microwave.All ceramics are safe for both hot and cold beverages
❀ Custom & Wholesale orders:
I do not accept custom or wholesale orders.
Shipping & Delivery:
All orders are handmade and shipped from Latvia, where I currently live,via Latvian Post.I’m happy to send my ceramics worldwide!
Estimated Delivery Times:
USA,Canada,Australia:approximately 2 weeks.
EU countries:approximately 1 week.
Shipping Costs:
EU:approximately €14 per item.
USA,Canada, Australia:approximately €15-18 per item.
The exact shipping cost is calculated automatically in the cart based on the number of items and the destination.
Important Note for Large Orders (Over 2 kg):
To ensure the maximum safety of your ceramics, orders exceeding 2 kg may be split into two or more separate packages.This prevents items from pressing against each other and reduces the risk of breakage during transit.
Fair Shipping Guarantee:
If the actual cost of shipping (including packaging) turns out to be lower than what you paid at checkout,I will automatically refund the difference to your original payment method once the order is shipped.

Please note that customs duties or VAT may apply depending on your country.These charges are collected upon delivery and are not included in the item price or shipping cost on the website.
❀ Packaging & Protection:
I use sturdy corrugated boxes and reliable, biodegradable packing materials to ensure your ceramics arrive safely.
❀ Returns:
I accept returns within 14 days of delivery.If your item arrives damaged, please contact us immediately at plumgroosh@gmail.com and include a photo of the item and its packaging.
Items must be returned in their original condition. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer.Once we receive the returned item,we will issue a refund to your original payment method.
