Refund policy

We accept returns within 14 days of delivery. If your item arrives damaged, please contact us immediately at plumgroosh@gmail.com with a photo of the item and packaging.

Items must be returned in their original condition. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer. Once we receive the item, we will issue a refund to your original payment method
